Andres Restrepo is a second generation real estate professional who made San Francisco his home in January 2018. Both motivated and passionate, Andres has quickly grown to know the city’s architecture, history, cuisine, landmarks, parks, and people, which he later utilizes when searching for the perfect home that meets his clients’ needs.
Andres has grown his business from the ground with his professional and personal integrity, his knowledge about San Francisco’s real estate, and performing seamless transactions. Providing value and exceeding expectations is at the core of his client-centered business.
Already since 2018, Andres has worked with first time home buyers, multi-unit investors, and real estate developers. Having served communities in the East Bay, South Bay, and the San Francisco Peninsula, Andres values his vast network of professional relationships. On top of his real estate career, he also leased over 70 apartments in a luxury development in 2020.
When Andres is not helping his clients accomplish their real estate goals, he can be found fishing in the San Francisco Bay or perfecting his combos at the boxing gym. Andres moved to San Francisco from Medellin, Colombia, where he attended university and lived for eight years. He also owns and remotely manages investment properties in Medellin, hosting guests from all over the world.
